Carli Mosier was born, raised, educated and married in Houston, Texas as was her husband, Dustin Faigen. An alumna of Harvard Elementary, Lanier Middle School, HITS Theater School, The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, and the University of Houston, she has been committed to artistic and political endeavors in Houston her whole life.

Christyna Lewis, head of the Membership Committee, has been in Houston for 20 years and is an active member of the Greater Houston LGBT Chamber of Commerce and The Caucus.
Leif Hatlen

Originally from San Francisco, California, Leif Hatlen has lived for long periods in many other parts of the world: Alaska, Norway, and Canada, as well as spending time in Algeria. He was educated at the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated in 1965.
Kat CASTRO Clemons

ROADwoman Kat Castro Clemons is a native Houstonian, a wife, a mother of two, and serves as the Development Director for Bay Area Turning Point in Webster, TX. For over a decade, Kat has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors helping seniors with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and younger adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities.
Gayle Fallon

Originally a Philly native, Gayle Fallon is the retired former President of the Houston Federation of Teachers, where she served for 34 years. As president of the union, she was involved with numerous political and community groups throughout the HISD community.
Adoneca Fortier
ADVISORY Board Member
Adoneca Fortier was the former Supervisor of Clinical Studies at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the Department of Investigational Cancer Therapeutics. She has been a cancer researcher over 20 years and lives in Spring Branch with her husband of 26 years and son.

Her primary focus is affecting the progressive political agenda that she has supported since immigrating to the US in 1972. Her goal is to leverage her skills in progressive politics for Texas.
MARY ANN FRIEDRICH
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Mary Ann has been long-time member of ROADwomen since 2001 and a dedicated Democrat. Working in the ROADwomen Ladies’ Room at the 2012 Texas State Democratic Convention, however, was a life-changing experience. It showed Mary Ann the possibilities of making a difference.
